Training on "Tax obligations and Accounting" and the Workshop of the Director of Cham Adult Education Center.
On May 21-22, at the "Georgian Adult Education Network” GAEN Office two-day training on "Tax Obligations and Accounting" was held. The training was intended for Adult/Community Education Centers, for accountants and for the Directors of Social Enterprise. The training included following topics: Accounting of commodity-material values; Tax obligations; Financial reporting; New rules for taxation.
The event was led by trainer : Sophio Askurava.
On May 22-23, at the GAEN office, was conducted the workshop by the Director of Cham Adult Education Center,Winfried Ludwig Elvenger. The workshop was intended for the directors of Adult / Community Education Centers. At the workshop The Director of Cham Adult Education Center introduced to Georgian Adult Education Centers : the history and the experience of the Cham Aduld Education Center; Current and Implemented Educational courses offered to beneficiaries by Cham VHS; Structure and management of the center; Issues on procedures and practices for recognition of non-formal Education; Fundrising.
During the visit, the issues of future cooperation were discussed.
These activities were implemented within the framework of the project: Supproting Non-formal Adult Education Development and Strengthening in Georgia". The project is funded by DVV International Georgia Office.
