Training on "Strategic Planning, Management, Shared Leadership, Aspects of Communication"

On May 23-25, 2021, the Georgian Adult Education Network organized a training for the directors and administration staff of the member centers on "Strategic Planning, Management, Shared Leadership, Aspects of Communication".

The training participants were introduced to the formulation and examples of the vision and mission of the organization; Strategic planning and self-assessment; The importance of organizational culture and climate; Aspects of leadership and communication.

Each participant was actively involved in each stage of the training. The sessions were loaded with hands-on exercises and activities.

At the end of the training, the participants were given certificates.
