Training on “Project writining and management”
On May 2-4, 2022, Georgian Adult Education Network organized a training for the directors and administrative staff of the member centers on " Project writining and management". The aim of the training was to strengthen the skills of the staff of community and adult education centers in the direction of writing a project application, as well as to share the techniques and tools of a participatory project tailored to the target group. The training covered the following topics: community, community work and community development; changes theory; project application components; organization profile and target groups; problem identification and analysis; Project objective, task and activities; results of the project; sustainability of the project; project budget and presentation;
