Training on "Main Aspects of Planning and Implementing Adult Education Program"
Georgian Adult Education Network (GAEN) conducted training on “Main Aspects of Planning and Implementing Adult Education Program”, which was held in DVV International Georgia office, on February 14-16, 2018.
The training participants were the directors of Georgian Adult Education Network (GAEN) member community / adult education centers.
Training focused on the main characteristics of adult learning, the labor market and its use in the implementation of adult education programs, basic approaches to community mobilization and main aspects of monitoring and evaluation.
The training was led by the director of Georgian Adult Education Network (GAEN) Tamar Chabukiani and the director of DVV International Caucasus, Turkey and South East Europe Regional Office Maja Avramovska.
One of the strategic directions of Georgian Adult Education Network is institutional strengthening of its member organizations; above-mentioned activity serves this purpose.
The training was held within the framework of the " Supproting Non-formal Adult Education Development and Strengthening in Georgia " program, which is implemented with the financial support of the Institute for International Cooperation of the German Adult Education Association DVV International Georgian Office.
