Adult Education Supporting Program in Georgia
2014The project is aimed at promoting the lifelong learning concept in Georgia, supporting the adult education providers' organizational development and raising their awareness, establishing partnership with central and local governmental institutions and donor organizations.
Georgian Adult Education Network (GAEN) works on three main objectives to achieve the goal:
I.Establishment of strong and effective Adult Education Network and raise network members awareness, lobbing their interests on national and international level;
II.Raise awareness of the society on the importance of adult education and promotion of lifelong learning concept in Georgia;
III. Development of international cooperation in Adult Education sphere; Deepen the cooperation with central and local governmental institutions, donor organizations;
The project is funded by The Institute for International Cooperation of the German Adult Education Association (DVV International) Georgian Office.
